Résumé
L’EPR permet un gain de l’ordre de 20 % sur la consommation d’uranium naturel par kWh électrique produit. Ce gain est dû aux caractéristiques spécifiques de conception de l’EPR, aux performances élevées en matière de gestion du combustible, et enfin à l’amélioration du rendement thermodynamique de l’installation.
